As i said, today i went to eyedoctor. One thing i hate to visit the doctor is because i have to go without contacts for two or three days before.

  We went to the doc, and she greet me. Then i sat in the room. After some questions about my sight, she took off my glasses and she put me in the machine, to look the charts.

So after a time she got me my new prescription. She told me that next time i dont have to wait so long, she was in right because my nearsighted is pretty much worse than last time and my sight is blur even with glasses. I m afraid cause my last prescription in 2005 were -9.00 and -8.50 with some astigmatism and now i need -10.75 with

-1.75 and -9.50 with -2.25. On afternoon ill go with my sister to the optician to chose frames and order the glasses. Ill show you...

Tomorrow i had an appoinment with my eyedoc. I have to confess that i have horrible eyesight, in fact most of people didnt knew it (except close friends an family) cause i wore contacts since 13 years old and ever feel very embarrased to wear my glasses in public.

  I ve never notticed any problem with sight, but when i was 8, my mum decided to leave me to eyedoc, cause she notticed that i used to read close the books and used to sit close when i was watching tv. The doctor told us that i were nearsighted and she prescribed me my first glasses. She told my mum that i was better to wear them all the time, because my prescription was not low for first time. She told my mum that she had to leave me next year for new exam.

 The firsts days i didnt like much to wear my glasses, i used to put them for tv, and then keep them on my pocket. My mum was disagree and instead me to wear them all the time, so i had to wear them at least at home and in the school, so she told it to the teacher, so i used to put them for classroom.  Not far than 3 months, didnt nottice, but i was wearing them at home during all the time, without my mum saying.

    Over six months, my mother notticed that i used to sitting close tv with glasses on, and she called to the eyedoc getting new appoinment. The doc examined my sight again and she prescribed me new lenses. In two days, i got my glasses with the new prescription, and i remember was hard to stay without them these two days during my glasses were in the optician waiting the lenses. Then i ve got my glasses, and i feel good how clear i saw with them!

  In these days i didnt knew what my prescription were, but i wore them almost all the time. Not far than a year, was mum again who discover that i had to sit near tv and i ve got new ones. At the age of 10, got new glasses, and the doctor said that my prescription were not low for the age, -4, she advanced that probably i would need some changes but usual during teens.

  I continued taking my glasses off during school rest, but sometimes i felt embarrased when playing i were unable to read signs or recognise classmates.

  I spent near two years with these glasses, i ve notticed i couldnt see the board sharp, but i was sitting row by row until the first. One day i was at home and i was watching tv, having to sit 4 or 5 foots from the screen i take one of my mum glasses i feel very better with them, so i told my mum that i would like to go to the optometrist.

  She prescribed me new glasses and was the first time i feel conscious about the lenses. When i was 13, got my first contacts. Was fantastic, how clear i could see without glasses. My nearsighted was worsening every year, but i put my contacts on early morning and let them in nightstand every night, wearing glasses only sometimes at home. I remember like a bad thing the two days i had to wear only glasses before eyexams or the days my eyes were scared by hours and hours of contacts. These days i used to stay at home  going nowhere (no school)

  Last years i was prescribed for astigmatism too, but two years ago, the prescription was so strong, and i cant correct it with disposable contacts. I had to go for toric lenses, but trying a lot of brands, the doctor instead me to turn for glasses, at least most of the time.

Well, i decide to inaugurate the blog in this hollyday time!
